Colonial Warehouse is a five-story building located in the heart of the dynamic North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. Unique spaces and modern finishes have been fused with the building’s timeless details preserved from 1885.  Architectural details throughout the building include exposed brick walls, custom finishes, polished cement and wood floors, wood beams, high ceilings, natural lighting and original two-story arched bay windows.
